AUTUMN JOY JOHNSON, LMT
AUTUMN JOY

Hi, I’m Autumn! I’m a licensed massage therapist with Chiropractically Yours Health & Wellness Clinic in Savannah, Georgia, holistic wellness practitioner, and mom of four with a passion for natural healing. For me, massage is more than physical care—it’s a way to nurture the mind, body, and spirit. I bring over a decade of hands-on expertise, blending traditional therapeutic techniques with intuitive touch.
I specialize in Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, and Deep Tissue Massage. My technique is designed to manipulate soft tissue of the body and apply therapeutic techniques that facilitate in releasing tension in the fascia/muscle and enhancing range of motion. Clients describe my sessions as grounding, deeply restorative, and filled with genuine care.
Over the years, I’ve integrated my knowledge of herbs, yoga, and meditation into my practice, offering clients a well-rounded path to wellness. I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you can release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

WHAT KIND OF TRAINING
DOES A MASSAGE THERAPIST HAVE?

Massage therapy is more than a relaxing service. It’s skilled, intentional bodywork rooted in training, care, and understanding how the body moves. They are trained in anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, massage techniques, client safety, and proper care practices.
Autumn Joy Johnson, LMT knows how muscles and soft tissues work together, how to identify areas of tension or discomfort, and how to use therapeutic techniques that support relaxation, mobility, and overall wellness.
As a Massage Therapist, she is committed to bringing real, restorative care to the community. Her mission is to help clients release tension, reduce stress, improve mobility, and reconnect with their bodies in a way that makes sense for their everyday lives.
This work is about more than easing sore muscles. It’s about helping individuals and families feel better, move better, and build healthier habits from the inside out.
When we make wellness a priority today, we create stronger bodies, healthier families, and a legacy of care that lasts for generations.
